Ingredients
- 4 cups light brown sugar
- 2 2/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 8 eggs (I use liquid eggs)
- 3 cups finely chopped pecans
- 3 cups finely chopped hazelnuts or almonds
- 1 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt. In another bowl combine eggs and sugar. Thouroughly blend in flour mixture. Add nuts. Using a teaspoon, form individual cookies 1/2" apart on parchment paper. Bake 350F for 12 min until lightly brown. Cool slightly on the parchment paper before attempting to remove. For christmas I put a small drop of frosting in middle of cookie and top with a pecan half.
