  • 1 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Small Can Cherry Pie Filling

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugar and butter. Add 1 egg at a time. On low speed add flour and lemon juice. Put into greased large jelly roll pan. Lightly score into 20 or 24 squares with spatula. Drop 1 tablespoon pie filling into center of each square. Bake 350° for 25 minutes. Sprinkle while warm with powdered sugar.
