Ingredients
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 Cup Margarine
- 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Corn Starch
- 1 (8 3/4 oz.) Can Crushed Pineapple (undrained)
- 2 Egg Yolks (beaten)
- 1 Cup Maraschino Cherries (chopped)

Step 1
In small bowl, combine flour, brown sugar and salt; cut in margarine until crumbly. Set aside 1 cup of crumb mixture and press the remaining on bottom of a 9" x 13" pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Cool slightly.
In saucepan, combine sugar and corn starch. Stir in undrained pineapple and egg yolks. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. Remove from heat and stir in cherries. Spread into pan and sprinkle with remaining cup of the crumb mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes more. Cool in pan before cutting.
