Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
- 1- 1 1/2 lbs. skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cut in half
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 8 oz. egg noodles
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Meanwhile, cook the bacon, onion, and green pepper in a separate pot over medium heat about 5 minutes. Combine the flour, paprika, marjoram, and salt in a ziplock bag. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Push the bacon mixture over to one side of the pot and add chicken and flour mixture to the empty side. Increase heat to medium high. Cook and turn till chicken is browned. Stir chicken and bacon mixture all together and cook 2 more minutes. Add the broth and bring to a boil. Stir, reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Meanwhile, add the egg noodles to boiling water and cook according to package; drain. Uncover pot with the chicken, increase to heat to high and cook 2 minutes. Reduce heat back down to low, stir in the sour cream and parsley and cook 2 more minutes. Serve over the noodles.
