Ingredients
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 pkg Mexican cornbread mix
- 1 8oz carton sour cream
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix together cream corn, whole kernel corn, melted butter, cornbread mix, sour cream and 1 cup shredded cheese
3. Pour mixture into well buttered casserole dish
4. Cook for 15 minutes
5. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese over the top of casserole
6. Bake 30 more minutes, or until browned.
