Ingredients
- Beef Stew Meat
- 1/4 cup flour
- Pkg of Lipton Beefy Mushroom Soup
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- Dry sherry
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 lb white button mushrooms
- Butter
- Dry sherry
- 1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. flat-leaf parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Dredge stew meat in flour. Brown in pan. Add to slow cooker.
Deglaze pan with garlic and sherry. Add thyme. Add to slow cooker.
Add water and soup mix to slow cooker. Cook 6 hours on low, until meat is tender.
Before serving, saute mushrooms in butter until browned. Deglaze pan with sherry. Add cream of mushroom soup, dijon mustard, and sour cream.
Add to meat in slow cooker. Top with parsley.
