Ingredients
- 3 LBS GROUND MEAT
- 2 TABLESPOONS CELERY SEED
- 1/4 CUP CHOPPED BELL PEPPER
- 1/4 CUP OF A SMALL ONIONS
- 4 TABLESPOONS OF SEASON SALT
- 2 1/2 TABLESPOONS OF GARLIC POWDER
- 1/2 CUP OF KETCHUP
- 6-8 CRUSHED CRACKERS OR 2 SLICES OF CRUMBLED BREAD
- 3 CRACKED EGGS
- 1 SMALL CAN OF MUSHROOMS
- 1 SMALL CAN OF RO*TEL TOMATOES W/CHIVES
- 5 BOILED EGGS
- 5 Slice of Velveeta CHEESE
- 1/2 CUP CHEDDAR CHEESE

Preparation
Step 1
MIX IN A BOWL – INGREDIENTS ground beef, celery seed, salt, garlic powder, ketchup, cracker or bread crumbs, and 3 eggs.
ROLL OUT INTO PAN, BUT LEAVING ENOUGH EXCESS MEAT ON ONE SIDE TO ALLOW COVERING.
STRAIGHT DOWN THE CENTER OF THE MEAT LAYER WITH: ground beef,onions, mushrooms, canned tomatoes,5 hard-boiled eggs, and cheese.
FLIP EXCESS MEAT OVER ON TOP OF THE ADDED INGREDIENTS AND PRESS DOWN AROUND THE EDGES TO SEAL IN INGREDIENTS.
COOK:
PREHEAT OVEN
COVER AND BAKE AT 400 DEGREES FOR 30-MIN
REMOVE:
TAKE OUT OF THE OVEN AND POUR OFF EXCESS JUICE CAREFULLY
ADD INGREDIENT 1/2 cup cheddar cheese THE Top OF LOAF
