Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk spicy or regular pork sausage
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick mix
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen country-style shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 3 T grated Parmesan cheese

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Spray 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray.

In 10-inch skillet, cook sausage over medium high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink; drain. Set aside.

In large bowl, stir Bisquick mix, water, and 1 cup of the Cheddar cheese with spoon or hands. Spread dough evenly in pizza pan. Sprinkle potatoes and sausage evenly on crust. In medium bowl, beat milk, eggs, salt and pepper. Carefully pour over potatoes and sausage.

Bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar and Parmesan and bake 3 minutes longer or until set and golden.
