Ingredients

- 1cup1 cup tortilla chips, crushed
- 33 tab. Melted butter
- 28 oz. pkgs.2 8 oz. pkgs. Cream cheese, softened
- 22 eggs
- Diced Green Chili - 4 oz can or add more
- Shredded Monterey Cheese - 4 oz.
- ¼ cup sour cream - light

Chili Cheesecake

1 cup tortilla chips, crushed
3 tab. Melted butter
2 8 oz. pkgs. Cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
Diced Green Chili - 4 oz can or add more
Shredded Monterey Cheese - 4 oz.
¼ cup sour cream - light
Combine Chips and butter. Press into bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake 15 minutes. Combine cream cheese and eggs. Add chilies, and cheeses. Pour over crust and bake for 30 minutes. Cool, remove from springform pan and spread with sour cream. Decorate with tomatoes, green onions and olives.
