Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. celery seed
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 pounds spareribs (back or side)
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 can cream of tomato soup

Preparation
Step 1
Cut ribs and place in roasting pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour sauce over ribs. Cover, bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 2 hours.
Note - if sauce is too thin, take lid off pan for last 30 minutes.
