Ingredients
- 1/4 pound Bacon
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1/4 cup dry white wine or cooking wine
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1 pound cooked spaghetti

Step 1
Start cooking spaghetti while bacon is cooking.
Cook the bacon until crispy. Add the wine. Cook over low heat until wine evaporates. Add eggs, cheese and parsley together. Mix in spaghetti and coat well. Pour in bacon mixture and stir quickly. Serve immediately.
