Ingredients

  • (Discard your scraps, you won't be able to roll these out twice)
  • 1 Cup All P. Flour, plus more for dusting
  • 1/2 teaspoon table salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter, cut up
  • 1/3 cup pluse 1 Tablespoon milk
  • Kosher Salt for Sprinkling

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 325. In a food processor, pulse flour, table salt, and sugar. Add butter, and pulse until mixture resembles coarse meal. With machine running, gradually add milk; process until dough comes together.
Transfer dough to lightly floured surface. Roll into 10 x 12 sheet, 1/16th of an inch thick. Sprinkle with kosher salt, roll gently to press salt into dough.
Cut dough into 2 1/2 inch squares, carefully transfer to ungreased baking sheet. Liberally pierce with fork, Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until just brown and firm to the touch. Transfer to rack to cool. Store in an airtight plastic container.
