Ingredients
- 1/2 pound uncooked orzo
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup olives of choice, halved
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook orzo according to directions
2. Prep vegetables
3. Drain orzo and allow to cool about 10 minutes
4. Add olives, tomatoes, onions, feta to orzo. Add olive oil and lemon to taste
5. Cool at least one hour
6. Add parsley before serving.
