Ingredients
- Dipping Sauce:
- 1 c. shoyu (soy sauce)
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 tsp. ginger, minced
- 4 Tbsp. garlic, minced

- 5 lbs. chicken thighs, cut to bite size pieces
- pepper and garlic salt to your preference and taste
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. cornstarch
- vegetable oil (About 1" oil in frying pan)

Preparation
Step 1
Dipping Sauce:
Mix sauce ingredients & bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
Sprinkle garlic salt and pepper on chicken. Dredge in flour and cornstarch mixture. Deep fry chicken in hot oil, until a nice golden brown. Then immediately dip chicken into dipping sauce.
