5 1/2 tablespoons powdered sugar
3/4 cup corn starch
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons butter
3 teaspoons orange juice
1 cup powdered sugar

DirectionsCombine all ingredients. Make into balls. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Set aside to cool. Combine icing ingredients and coat candy with it.
