- 1 cup mayonnaise (not low-fat or no fat)
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 car artichoke hearts
- grated cheddar cheese

Step 1
Drain artichoke hearts by squeezing out all the water; chop them into smaller pieces. Mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and artichoke hearts. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with grated cheddar cheese, and bake an additional 10 minutes. Serve warm with crackers.
