Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons quick cooking (minute) tapioca
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3 cups (1 pound) Rhubarb (cut into 1/2” pieces)
- 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
- 2 - pie shells
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together till fruit is covered. Let stand for 20 minutes.
Put mixture into one pie shell. Use second pie shell as a top- lattice work etc.…
Bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes.
