Ingredients
- Filling:
- 2 to 3 cups sliced cantaloupe
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400° F. In a bowl, combine the ingredients and set aside for 10 minutes.
Fill a piecrust and top with dough. Crimp the edges to seal and cut a slit in the top.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
