- 2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed)
- 1/2 cup melted butter (melted)
- 1 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 (10.5oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz sour cream
- 2 cups of grated sharp cheddar cheese
- crushed cornfalkes for topping
