Ingredients

2 roll out pie crusts
chopped onions
Roma tomatoes
Basil
2 cups shredded cheese (mozarella & cheddar
1 cup mayonnaise

Details

Cooking time 45mins

Preparation

Step 1

roll out pie crust and put in bottom of casserole dish.
Layer with chopped onions
ralved roma tonatoes
sprinkle basil
Mix two cups shredded cheese and 1 cup mayonnaise. Spread over tomatoes. Top with pie crust.
Bake 45 minutes at 400 degrees.
