Dutch Apple Butterscotch Crumb Pie

A nestle recipe that I cannot find anymore, it is well worth the extra steps.

Ingredients
- 4 Cups Peeled,thinly sliced apples
- 1 Cup Flour Divided
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Pie Crust, baked for 15 minutes and cooled
- 10 oz Butterscotch Chips Divided
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Butter

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Toss apples with 1/4 cup flour, sugar, cinnamon and spread into pie crust.
Place 2/3 cup butterscotch chips and heavy cream in microwave safe bowl or melt in pan over low heat.
Pour over apple mixture, set aside.
Place 1 Cup chips and butter in same bowl or saucepan, melt together and stir until smooth. Add remaining 3/4 cup flour, mix until crumbly. Spread over top of pie. Bake 50 to 55 minutes.
