Ingredients
- Directions:
- 1 c. sweet potatoes, mashed (about 2 large)
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 t. nutmeg
- 1/4 t. cinnamon
- 1/4 t. allspice
- slivered almonds, toasted (optional)
- whipped cream (optional)
- 1 . In large bowl, mix together cooked sweet potatoes and remaining ingredients except for almonds.
- 2 . Pour into 6 greased custard cups. Place in pan filled with 1 inch of water.
- 3 . Bake at 350 F. for 1 hour or until tip of knife inserted near center comes back clean.
