Ingredients

  • 2- 9 oz pkgs frozen Creamed Spinach, thawed
  • 1-8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1-14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup (2 oz) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup crushed herb stuffing

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Thaw spinach in microwave on Medium/50% power for 5 to 6 minutes.

Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise in large bowl; add creamed spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, onion, and cayenne.

Place in 2-quart baking dish.

Combine pecans and stuffing mix in a small bowl; sprinkle over top.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until hot and lightly browned on top.
