Ingredients
- CREAM PUFFS
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 CUP BUTTER
- 1 1 1 CUP WATER
- 1 1 1 CUP REGULAR FLOUR
- 3 3 0R 4 4 EGGS – UNBEATEN
- TO BUTTER AND WATER IN PAN. WHEN BUTTER IS MELTED ADD FLOUR ALL AT ONCE. STIR VIRGORUSLY UNTIL FLOUR DOESN’T STICK TO PAN. REMOVE FROM STOVE AND COOL SLIGHTLY THEN ADD EGGS – ONE AT A TIME BEATING AFTER EACH EGG.
- CREAM PUFF FILLING
- 1 1 1 PINT MILK
- 1 1 1 CUP SUGAR
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 CUP FLOUR
- 3 3 3 EGGS
- 1 1 1 TES VANILLA
- COOK IN DOUBLE BOILER – AFTER PUDDING IS COOLED, FOLD IN WHIPPED CREAM
- 1/2 1/2 TO PINT OF WHIPPING CREAM (WHIPPED WITH SUGAR AND VANILLA TO TASTE AND UNTIL IT STAND UP IN A PEAK)
- TO TO A NOTE ON THE RECIPE TO ONLY MAKE HALF THE FILLING AS THE WHOLE RECIPE IS TO MUCH)
