Ingredients
- 16 cups tomatoes (may use up to 18 cups), peeled & chopped
- 4 cups onion, Diced
- 1/2 cup Jalepeno pepper, finely chopped (Seeds & All)
- 2-1/2 cups white vinegar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup pickling salt
- 2 Tsp each black pepper, chili powder & cummin
- 3 Tbls garlic salt or fresh garlic
- 1 tsp powdered alum
