Cheesy Tuna Tater Pie

Ingredients
- 1 refrigerated pie crust(from 15 oz pkg), softened
- 3/4 cup Hungry Jack Mashed Potato Flakes
- 1 1/2 cups (6 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped green olives
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (6 oz) water-packed tuna, drained, flaked
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup canned French fried onions, if desired

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400°F.
Prepare pie crust as directed on package for one-crust baked shell using 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine potato flakes, 1 cup of the cheese, olives, soup, tuna and egg; mix well. Remove partially baked pie shell from oven. Spoon filling into shell. Return to oven; bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle top of pie with onions and remaining ½ cup cheese. Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and onions begin to brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
