  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/3 cup coconut
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped

Step 1

1. Combine sugar, evaporated milk, egg yolks and butter in heavy saucepan and cook over medium heat until boiling, stirring constantly.

2. Remove from heat and add vanilla, coconut and pecans.
