Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- Chopped onion
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 pkg jiffy cornbread mix
- 2 cups cream style corn
- 2/3 cup milk
- cheese
- seasoned salt
- pepper
- garlic powder

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 425F. Brown hamburger and onions, drain off fat.
2. In a bowl, combine eggs, 1 cup of corn, milk and the cornbread mix. Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
3. Pour 1/2 of batter into greased 9" square pan or a greased 9" pie plate. Top with ground beef, as much grated cheese as desired and remaining corn. Pour remaining half of batter on top.
4. Bake 25-30 mins.
