- 2 cups chilled milk
- 2 bananas, sliced into 2-inch pieces and then frozen
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into 2 to 3 chilled glasses and serve.
