• 3 1/3 cups bread flour
• 1/2 cup rolled oats
• 1/3 cup oat bran
• 2 tbsp dry milk powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 2 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1 egg
• 1 1/8 cups buttermilk
• 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast or bread machine yeast
