Ingredients
- 1 cup spaghetti sauce
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 3 tbls. Progresso Italian style bread crumbs
- 1 tbls. Margarine or butter, melted
- 1/4 cup shredded reduced fat 6 Cheese Italian- recipe blend cheese
- 2 tbls. Chopped fresh parsley

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat spaghetti sauce in small saucepan over low heat, until heated. Cover to keep warm.
2. Place 1 chicken breast between 2 pieces of plastic wrap. Work from center, pound out to 1/4 inch. Remove wrap and repeat with remaining chicken.
3. Combine – Bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and margarine, mix well. Add chicken breasts; turn to coat.
4. Spray skillet – Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken; cook 4-6 minutes or until fork-tender and juices run clear, turn once.
5. Serve on platter – sprinkle with shredded cheese. Pour warm spaghetti sauce over chicken, sprinkle with parsley.
