Ingredients

  • 4 (6oz) sirloin steaks (1" thick)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp chipotle pepper sauce
  • 2 tbsp minced green onions
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh Italian parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat grill. Brush steaks with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

2. Grill steaks, covered, over medium heat or coals 8-10 mins for medium-rare, turning once. Remove steaks. Cover loosely with foil; let stand 5 mins before slicing.

3. Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients in medium bowl. Top steaks with some of the sauce; pass remaining sauce.
