Simple Veggie Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 16 oz low fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup roasted red sweet pepper from a jar, drained
- 2 stalks green onions, both ends trimmed and cut into 1" pieces
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and drained
- 1/4 cup fresh Italian parsley
- 1/2 tbsp fresh oregano

Step 1
1. Combine cream cheese and feta cheese.
2. Place red peppers, green onions, olives, parsley and oregano in a Quick Chef. Using the blade attachment give it a good chop until it is fine.
3. Add the chopped vegetables to the cheese mixture and mix well.
4. Optional: To enhance the flavours even more, place in refrigerator for at least an hour.
To make it less thick, add sour cream as needed until desired consistency is achieved.
5. Serve with whole wheat crackers, toasted pita chips, carrot sticks, broccoli florets, cucumber sticks and sweet pepper strips.
