Chocolate Chip Lace Cookies

Immediately after taking out of oven, can bend cookies over a teacup to make a bowl or drape them over a rolling pin for curved cookies. or just let them lay flat.

Ingredients

• 1 Stick Butter
• 1/2 cup Sugar
• 1 Large Egg
• 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
• 1/2 Cup Flour
• 1 Cup Mini Choc Chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheet with non stick foil or parchment paper. Cream butter and sugar, add egg, beat until light and fluffy. Stir in vanilla and flour until smooth. Stir in Chocolate Chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls 3 inches apart on pan. Bake 7 to 9 minutes.
