Ingredients
- 5 squares (each 1 oz) unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 can (13 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 tsp rum extract

Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate & butter over med. heat in top half of a double boiler. Alternately stir in sugar and milk. Then place top of double boiler directly over heat. Bring mixture to a boil over med. heat, stirring constantly. Lower heat slightly; continue stirring until mixture is thick and creamy (about 5 minutes). Stir in rum extract. Serve warm over ice cream.
