Ingredients
- 2 large cans of Chicken
- 2-3 cans Cream of Chicken Soup (or 1 lg can)
- 1 large box Chicken Broth
- 1 8 oz can Green Chili Enchilada Sauce
- 1 tub Sour Cream
- Cumin
- Chili Powder

Preparation
Step 1
Add Cream of Chicken Soup to Crock Pot. Springle generously with Cumin & Chili Powder and stir.
Slowly add Green Chili Enchilada Sauce and stir. Slowly add broth so it isn't lumpy. Add chicken (broth and all) and bring to boil.
To Serve:
Crush tortilla chips in bottom of bowl. Add desired amount of cheese, sour cream and then pour soup over mix. Top with additional cheese.
For a heartier soup, you can add:
Rice, Corn, Onions, Cheese
For a spicer soup, you can add:
Cayenne
