Sauteed Peas
Baby peas are tender and sweet. Frozen peas can actually have more nutrients than fresh because they're processed right in the field.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 shallots, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (16 oz) bag frozen peas
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Broth
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves

Preparation
Step 1
1. In large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shallots and garlic; cook and stir until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. Add peas and remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer
2. Cover skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until peas are hot and tender, about 8-11 minutes. Serve immediately.
