  • 2 shallots, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (16 oz) bag frozen peas
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Broth
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves

Step 1

1. In large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shallots and garlic; cook and stir until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. Add peas and remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer

2. Cover skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until peas are hot and tender, about 8-11 minutes. Serve immediately.
