Beat 8 oz. pkg. Cream cheese with 2 ½ tab. Sour cream. Stir in 2 Tab. Each of minced onion, minced radish, horseradish. Add ½ cup chopped or grated carrot, salt and pepper to taste, 3 drops of lemon juice.
