Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter/margarine
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 chopped celery
- 3 tbsp all purpose flour
- 10 oz. condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp thyme
- 3 cups cooked chicken or turkey cut-up
- Bread slices, toasted and buttered

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in heavy saucepan. Add onion and celery. Saute until soft and clear.
Sprinkle with flour. Mix well. Add next 6 ingredients. Stir until it boils and thickens.
Add chicken and heat through.
Place 2 slices of toaost on each plate. Divide creamed chicken among them.
