Ingredients
- Cupcake:
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Butter unsalted
- 2 Med Eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 1-3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup peach nectar
- 1/2 Cup peach nectar to soak the cupcakes when they come out of the oven.
- Buttercream Frosting:
- 1 Cup Butter
- 3 Cups powdered sugar
- pink or peach food coloring
- Sprinkles

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Line 24 cupcake cups.
Cream butter and sugar (Room temp butter). Add in eggs and vanilla. Add in dry ingredients. Add milk and peach juice.
Fill cupcakes 3/4 full and bake for 30 minutes. Spoon peach juice on top after they come out of the oven.
Buttercream Frosting:
Butter at room temp in stand mixer. Add in powdered sugar a little at a time until creamy and stiff.
Pipe onto cupcakes when cool and sprinkle with pink and white sugar.
