Ingredients
- 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup skim milk (use heavy cream if desired)
- 3/4 Cup fresh grated Pamigiano- Reggiano
- salt to taste

Step 1
Heat butter over medium heat. Add milk and heat until simmering. Add the cheese and stir to melt. Add salt to taste. Toss with pasta and garnish with parsley. For a variation add crushed garlic to the butter. Serve hot.
