Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2-1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1-2 very ripe bananas for banana flavor

Step 1
1. Beat eggs in a bowl (add bananas here). Add buttermilk, sugar and cinnamon. Add enough flour to form medium consistency.
2. Pour batter on a hot nonstick skillet over low heat. Turn after bubbles appear around edges and center of pancake. Turn only once.
