- 3 cups nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Dutch-processed cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine the ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Working in two batches, pulse the ingredients in a food processor until the chocolate is finely ground.
3. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
4. To make hot cocoa, stir 1/3 cup of the mix into 1 cup of hot (not boiling) milk.
5. Top with whipped cream, mini marshmallows, or a little chocolate powder. You can also use cinnamon or nutmeg powder instead. A little brandy and a crackling fire make for a real treat!
