Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 4 cups flour and 4 heaping tbls flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cream of tartar

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugar, butter & oil til fluffy.

Beat in eggs. Sift dry ingredients. add mix well.

Roll into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Press down with glass drizzled in sugar.

Bake 375 about 10 minutes.

Dough is very soft - do not any any more flour.
