  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 2 cups sliced, cooked pork, beef, chicken or turkey
  • 1 small chili, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive or corn oil
  • 2/3 cup salsa

Step 1

Sauté onion in oil until translucent. Add meat, raisins, chili, salsa and heat through. Spoon onto crepe and fold or make into a pocket shape.
