Ingredients
- 1 onion chopped
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 2 cups sliced, cooked pork, beef, chicken or turkey
- 1 small chili, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive or corn oil
- 2/3 cup salsa

Preparation
Step 1
Sauté onion in oil until translucent. Add meat, raisins, chili, salsa and heat through. Spoon onto crepe and fold or make into a pocket shape.
