Ingredients
- 12 oz. fresh cranberries, rinsed and picked over for stems (3 cups)
- 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and diced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- 1 Tbsp. grated orange zest (2 oranges)
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 1/8 tea. cinnamon
- 2 eggs, at room temperature
- 1 cup + 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 (1 stick) butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tea. vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 tea. salt

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Combine cranberries, apple, brown sugar, orange zest, orange juice and 1 tea. cinnamon in bowl. Set aside.
Beat eggs on medium-high speed 2 minutes. On medium, add 1 cup sugar, butter, sour cream and vanilla; beat until just combined. On low, slowly add flour and salt., Pour fruit mixture evenly into 10" glass pie plate. Pour batter over fruit, covering it completely.
Combine remaining 1 Tbsp. sugar and 1/8 tea. cinnamon; sprinkle over batter.
Bake 55-60 minutes until toothpick inserted into middle comes out clean and fruit is bubbling around edges.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
