Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped peanuts

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter, brown sugar, sugar and peanut butter in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and peanuts.
2. Drop dough by rounded tbsps onto ungreased baking sheets. Press down slightly to flatten into 2" circles.
3. Bake in preheated 375F oven for 7-10 mins or until edges are set but centers are still soft. Let stand for 4 mins; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
