Ingredients
- 2 8in pastry shells
- 2 packages 8oz cream cheese
- 3/4 C sugar
- 15oz can pumpkin puree
- 1 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt

Step 1
1. Pre heat oven to 350.
2. Beat together softened cream cheese and sugar.
3. Add the pumpkin and the spices.
4. Beat in one egg at a time. Add salt.
5. Beat until creamy.
6. Pour batter evenly into the 2 pastry shells.
7. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
8. Let cool and top with whipped cream.
