Easiest Ever Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
• 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
• 1 large egg
• 3/4 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

With mixer incorporate all ingredients. Drop by teaspoon full of dough 1 1/2 inch apart onto parchment paper. Makes about 5 dozens. I got 4 dozen and they were a good size to me.
Bake at 350 degrees about 8 to 10 minutes till cookies are puffed and starting to brown around edges. Let cool on sheet about 5 minutes then transfer to rack to cool completely.

A very good little cookie.
